slamabad High Court decide the up-gradation case of Assistant BPS-14 to BPS-16 and Assistant Incharge BS-15 to BPS-16 on 31st January, 2012. Although the Islamabad High Court has already decided the case of up-grading for the post of "Assistant" in the case of Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Javed vide its judgement dated April 11, 2011. The Crl.Org filed by Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Javed on the ground of discrimination and violation of fundamental rights of a citizen of Pakistan under Article 25 of the Constitution and also held that non-implementation for any reason would tantamount to disobedience and violation of the judgement which would not be legal, sources maintained.
